Privacy Policy

Thrifty (“Thrifty,” “we,” “us”) is an AI coaching service for the game Valorant, operated by YourPace Mentor LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, dashboard, and Discord bot (together, the “Service”), how we use it, and who we share it with. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

We collect the following to provide coaching and track your progress:

Account and identity

• You sign in with Discord (OAuth). Through that sign-in we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and the email address associated with your Discord account, which our authentication provider uses to identify your account.

Your Valorant profile and matches

• The Riot ID (name#tag) and region you provide, plus the PUUID and rank we resolve from it.
• Your match history and match details, which we retrieve from Riot Games’ data through the third-party HenrikDev API using your Riot ID and PUUID. This includes competitive matches and Deathmatch / Team Deathmatch games, and per-match and per-round details such as agent, map, score, kills/deaths/assists, headshot accuracy, economy, and round outcomes.
• Statistics, AI analyses, and round-by-round breakdowns we compute and store from that match data.

Usage, preferences, and content you create

• Coaching preferences (tone, primary role, daily practice targets) and reminder settings (schedule and timezone) you configure.
• Your conversations with the AI coach, and the AI match analyses generated for you.
• Public share links you create for a match, which make that match summary viewable by anyone with the link until you delete it.
• Teams you create or join, your roster membership and role, and scrim schedules and availability responses (including via the Discord bot).

Billing

• Your current plan and a Stripe customer reference, plus a record of coaching sessions you book. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not collect or store your full payment-card details; Stripe does, under its own privacy policy.

• To sync your matches and generate match analysis, statistics, and coaching tailored to your play.
• To run features you use: the dashboard, the Discord bot (stats, leaderboards, reminders, scrim tools, and /analyze), share links, and teams.
• To send the Discord DM practice reminders you opt into, on the schedule you set.
• To process subscriptions and coaching payments, and to provide support.
• To secure the Service, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

To generate coaching, we send summarized, computed statistics about your matches (for example aggregated round outcomes, trade and economy metrics, and your recent results) to Google's Gemini API, which returns the coaching text. We do not send your login credentials or payment details to the AI provider. AI output is generated automatically and may be imperfect; see our Terms of Service.

We share data only with the providers that operate the Service, each processing data on our behalf or under their own terms:

• Discord: account sign-in (OAuth) and bot delivery.
• Riot Games / HenrikDev API: the source of your Valorant match data.
• Google (Gemini): generates AI coaching from your computed match metrics.
• Stripe: processes subscription and coaching payments.
• Supabase: our database and authentication host, where your account and game data are stored.
• Vercel: hosts and serves the web application.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Thrifty and its users.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service, managed by our authentication provider. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad-tracking on the Service.

We keep your data while your account is active so the Service can show your history and coaching. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account removes your stored match and practice data, statistics, AI analyses, round-by-round digests, chat-coaching sessions, share links, coaching-session records, and your team memberships, and removes your profile and sign-in identity. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, payment records held by Stripe).

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise access and deletion directly in the dashboard, or contact us at support@thrifty.gg for other requests. The specific rights available to you depend on the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date above; material changes will be communicated as required by law.
