Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and YourPace Mentor LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Thrifty,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the Thrifty website, dashboard, and Discord bot (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 to use the Service, and you must have valid Discord and Riot Games accounts. You are responsible for complying with Riot Games' own terms of service in connection with your Valorant account; the Service is not a substitute for, and does not override, those terms.

Thrifty syncs your Valorant matches, computes statistics, and uses AI to produce match analysis and coaching, delivered through the web dashboard and a Discord bot. It also offers team tools (rosters, scrim scheduling, leaderboards) and optional human coaching sessions. Features, limits, and pricing may change as the Service evolves.

You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Discord and Riot credentials secure. You agree that the Riot ID and account information you provide are yours and are accurate.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break Riot Games’ terms, or to gain an unfair or prohibited in-game advantage (the Service provides post-game analysis and coaching, not in-match assistance).
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data, or access it through automated means except our own bot and APIs as intended.
• Circumvent usage limits, quotas, authentication, or billing.
• Disrupt, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Current plans:

• Free: $0. Includes a limited number of AI match analyses per month (currently 3) and basic tracking.
• Pro: $14 / month, or $120 / year. Unlimited AI analyses, team-tactics analysis, curated video coaching, and full history.
• Team: $29 / month for 5 seats, plus $5 / month for each additional seat. Includes Pro features for the roster plus squad analytics and a captain dashboard.

Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may change prices or plan features on a prospective basis, with notice as required by law; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for. Stated prices do not include taxes, which may be added where applicable.

You can book one-on-one human coaching sessions, paid through Stripe. Offerings:

• Single session: $50, a one-time payment for one hour.
• 4-pack: $180, a one-time payment for four hours (currently shown as coming soon and not yet bookable).
• Monthly retainer: $200 / month, a recurring subscription for a weekly slot (currently shown as coming soon and not yet bookable).

Sessions are scheduled with your coach after purchase and are tracked in your account (for example as booked, completed, cancelled, or no-show). Coaching is informational and does not guarantee any particular ranked result. Availability of coaching depends on coach capacity and may be limited or paused.

Subscription plans (Pro and Team, monthly or annual) can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel you keep access through the end of your current paid period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods. First-time purchases, including annual plans, are eligible for a refund within 7 days if you are not satisfied. We will also refund obviously accidental charges at our discretion.

Coaching sessions can be rescheduled or refunded in full if cancelled at least 24 hours before the session. No-shows and sessions that have already taken place are not refundable. If we cancel a session, you receive a full refund or a reschedule.

Payments are processed by Stripe; chargeback and dispute handling are subject to Stripe's processes.

The Service relies on third parties, including Discord, Stripe, Google (for AI), and Riot Games' match data accessed via the HenrikDev API. We do not control these services, and the availability, accuracy, and timeliness of match data are not guaranteed. Thrifty is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games; your use of Valorant remains governed by Riot Games' terms.

The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by Thrifty and protected by intellectual-property laws. Valorant, Riot Games, and related names and assets are trademarks and property of Riot Games, Inc.; we use them only as permitted and claim no ownership of them. You retain your own account and game data.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI analysis and coaching are automated, may contain errors, and are for informational purposes only, and we do not guarantee improved rank, performance, or any specific outcome. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that match data will always be available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrifty and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the updated version here and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be handled there. For questions about these Terms, contact support@thrifty.gg. Thrifty is operated by YourPace Mentor LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.
